TAYLOR HENRY HAS FOUND HIS HOMEAfter a very successful OHL training camp with the Niagara IceDogs in 2011, and an excellent midget season as captain of the Upper Canada Cyclones in 2010-11, Taylor Henry had a difficult start to his Junior A career.
Upon returning from his OHL camp and maintaining his NCAA eligibility, Henry, reported to the Nepean Raiders of the CCHL, the team that drafted him in the 1st round of the 2010 CCHL Draft. From there things did not go as planned. Henry found himself on the fourth line with limited ice time and was a healthy scratch under a veteran Raiders roster.
Seeing limited ice time was challenging for Henry to embrace, especially considering that his game is all about energy and getting under the skin of his competition.
